Danjen Kopassus Attends 2023 SOFINS Special Forces Delegation Seminar in Bordeaux

INDONESIASATU - Danjen Kopassus Mayjen TNI Iwan Setiawan reported by the official statement from Penkopassus, Saturday (01/04/2023) the presence of the Danjen Kopassus is the first time for the TNI. The Indonesian delegation was represented by Kopassus to participate at the same time as celebrating the 10th anniversary of SOFINS. 

"In addition, Special Operation Forces Inovation Neteork Seminar (SOFINS) 2023 is a special event because the number of participants has increased to 68 countries. It is also an honor for Indonesia and Singapore to be the invited representatives of Southeast Asia, " wrote the Penkopassus statement.

On the sidelines of SOFINS 2023 activities, the Danjen Kopassus was invited to meet specifically with the Deputy Comandment Des Operations Speciales (Wadan Koopsus), who expressed his desire to establish educational and training collaborations with Indonesian special forces units that are respected in the world. "Furthermore, the Danjen Kopassus also established bilateral relations in the military sector together with the president of SoFins and the deputy commander of the French Socond, " explained the Penkopassus statement.

SOFINS is an international Special Forces delegation seminar event as well as an exhibition of defense industry innovations, especially those related to special operations, in processing data cycle management and mastery of intelligence can also create a decisive digital advantage for Special Forces.
